Would you tell us about yourself?
Hey there! I´m Thea =) A running girl and passionated triathlete. Everything I do is just because I love it. You have to feel great! Focuse on good things!
I started playing soccer for ten years, recognizing that running is my passion and looking for some new challenges. Triathon and marathon - here I am! =) By the way: My first competition wasn´t a 5k or 10k run - it was a half-marathon :D haha
Do you run alone, mostly, or with a club or group?
Oh, it depends on my day´s form. Sometimes I need to run just to clear my head and get some energy for my next projects. However I love it to run with a community . It´s the best way to share positive running vibes.
How has running changed you?
Running helps me to feel my body, to be very close by myself or even better to feel alive. It is perfect to explore new citys - to feel free.
Do you remember the first moment you felt “like a runner”?
Hmmm...I don´t know what the definition of a "runner" is. Just do it, love it and enjoy it!
Where is your most memorable running route or place would like share with us?
There are so many places in the world you can explore by running and every place has a special identity. I love to run into the woods, along the beach or a river. So the Main-river in Frankfurt would be perfect the get a fresh breeze. The most memorable route was running on Hawai´i. You´ll get incredible energized by nature!
What is your favourite distance?
Maybe 5k till 21k, between ourselves: 42k are exhausting :D
Would you share us a interesting running story?
It´s not a kind of "interesting" but for my the most emotional story. It´s during the Frankfurt Marathon in 2013 when I stopped running just to take a picture with my parents or rather with my dad. It´s one of the last pictures with him before he got f**** cancer and died. It means a lot to me to know how proud he´s on me.
What is your running motivation right now?
To feel free, to be passionated and to connect people. I try to use running to spotlight on socially relevant topics like integration or cancer.

Running with music: Yes or no? if yes, would you share us one of your favorite running track?

What is your recipes for fitness?
I think fitness is a new lifestyle we all should be careful with, because there is no recipe for being "fit". Every body is different and needs a special recipe. Essential is: To feel good!
If you have a chance to design your own running apparel, what colour and pattern would you want to represent your running style?
Haha ... defnitly PINK! And a daily sportsstyle.
