Would you tell us about yourself?
Hi! I am Fiamma and since I remember I always been an explorer. I studied in Rome but i lived in London, Ny and Brazil. I never said No to a chance to visit or move to a new city even by myself. I love to discover new cultures and meet new people, each trip make me richest.
How did you start running?
I start running after I saw for few times a group of people running together in a park meanwhile I was walking with my dog. They looked as a solid team and they where really strong together. When I finally decided to stop them they motivated me to join their Nike appointments and since than i have a new family.
Do you run alone, mostly, or with a club or group?
I run mostly with my Nike team. They transmit me a lot of energy even when I am too tired to work out they motivate me to always reach my best.
How has running changed you?
Since I started running I felt finally the freedom on my own feet. I usually try to escape from my routine by train, plane or car, but finally i have found my own way.
Do you remember the first moment you felt “like a runner”?
The first moment I felt like a runner was when I couldn't stop running. I wasn't looking at the time or at the distance. It was just me and the road.
Where is your most memorable running route or place would like share with us?
The best route this year is definitely in Tokyo between cherry blossom , Japanese garden and imperial castle! But Rome is also amazing!
What is your favourite distance?
I usually run between 8 and 10 km.
Would you share us a interesting running story?
I just wanna say that I thought was an individual sport instead I found great friends.
What is your running motivation right now?
Beat my best time and train for the next half marathon!

Running with music: Yes or no? if yes, would you share us one of your favorite running track?
I usually run with music when I am by myself and I listen Italian or Spanish Songs.
What is your recipes for fitness?
Drink hot water with honey , lemon and ginger as soon as i wake up, and eat pasta after all my runs!
If you have a chance to design your own running apparel, what colour and pattern would you want to represent your running style?
I think will be definitely black with a Double spiral!
