Would you tell us about yourself?
I am a Positively Charged Brazilian girl making life exciting in London. I have always been a fitness addict, hungry for Nutrition and Self-development junkie. I am enthusiastic about sharing my learnings in my blog (http://natalia-bojanic.squarespace.com) and social media channels (@NataliaBojanic). My motto is be great, do great and act with Greatness.
How did you start training?
I am a beach baby and before I was able to speak my Mum would take me to swim in the sea! Since then my body and myself are the happiest when moving. I tried classic ballet to water polo, going through horse jumping! These days I divide my exercise schedule between running, swimming, weight training and yoga. Plus I never skip my mental workout - Meditation is key to keep me in balance.
What do you want to archive by training? Any goals to yourself?
Confidence. When you feel powerful in your body nothing can stop you. It is physiology, a strong mind starts with a well trained body.
How has running related to your training?
I find running very liberating, plus it is the most democratic exercise as you can do it anywhere. I enjoy doing HIIT running when I do not have much time to train, but also go for long runs to explore new places.
Do you remember the first moment you felt “like a fitness person”?
When I got an email from the Editor of Men's Health UK asking to feature me in the magazine! I seriously could not believe it and to be honest I still find quite surreal.
Where is your most favourite gym or training place would like share with us?
In Brazil I always go back to train at Cia Athletica and train my first PT Cacá Ferreira, 13 years later he can still motivates me! In London I do as I am told by Josh Clark and the whether allowing I love training at Hyde Park. My Yoga Guru in London is Julie Montagu at Triyoga Chelsea, her hot yoga classes with infrared heating are awesome. The best spinning class I ever did was in Flywheel, NYC with Holly Rilinger.
How do you motivate your workout classes?
I always look for instructors with great energy to kick my Brazilian ass or tell me to be kind to my body! Upbeat music and flattering fitness wear are also a must.
Would you share us a interesting training story?
I once did a triathlon with a broken toe! What is worse is that I only realised after I got home, took off my socks and found a poor little black toe... It happened seconds before I jumped in the freezing cold London River Thames and that must have frozen my senses!
What is the number one philosophy you live by?
Health beyond appearance and wellbeing beyond your Being.

Bright, Bold, Blissful!
