How did you start training?
I started training because dancing is one of the things I LOVE to do. Just like athletes, professional dancers need to stay in optimal physical condition in order to give amazing performances on stage.
What do you want to archive by training? Any goals to yourself?
I'm always challenging myself in anything I do, I believe I am my biggest competition and I am inspired by the people around me. This motivates me to continue setting new goals for myself. Currently, my goal is to gain more muscle and achieve a leaner appearance.
How has running related to your training?
Dancing requires agility and stamina, so by incorporating running drills and distance to my routine it accelerates my results.
Do you remember the first moment you felt “like a fitness person”?
LOL that's a funny question... I go through phases but I call them "on & off season" hehehe. Every time I'm on season I definitely feel like I'm a "fitness person".

How do you motivate your workout classes?
I always tell my classes that it's a 50/50 relationship, they motivate me as much as I motivate them. When the class is TURNED UP, I get turned up as a result and vice versa. So basically, we continuously motivate each other by having the best time EVAH!
Would you share us a interesting training story?
When I fasted for 24 hours for the first time, I had to teach he night before and the night after. Basically, I almost fainted during my class.
